I have been with Jostens since 2000 and so enjoy being part of something as special as creating yearbooks. I simply love what I do each day and the friendships I have developed over the years with my yearbook advisers and staffs mean the world to me. The best part of my yearbook world is working closely with the students. I get to witness amazingly creative minds as well as understanding what kind of yearbook the students will want to get their hands on. I also enjoy bringing unique views and ideas that help staffs learn that yearbook is a very REAL WORLD class, and that they leave a little more prepared for what they will face in the future.
This is a unique job that keeps me feeling young and in touch with what's important. I learn from the students as much as they learn from me. I partner with a variety of schools from elementary schools through the high school level. I strive to make yearbooking fun, educational, silly and rewarding. Schools have consistently chosen Jostens and me to help them preserve their memories for a lifetime. -
I have a simple philosophy that has had tremendous success over the years – When we work together I promise you three things:
That your yearbook will get better each year( by your definition, not mine or anyone else's),
That it will take less time to do the book each year (or we can do more in your yearbook in the same amount of time) getting you home to your family sooner, and
That you never have to worry about money, ever. As your yearbook rep, I understand the demands of advising a yearbook and balancing other obligations, and am committed to making your role easier, more manageable and more fun.
