Here are some ideas on how to strategize to meet those deadlines to the plant.
On-time submission of your pages to the plant best guarantees that you get the book you deserve when you want it. Once the ladder has been finalized and content/ page allocation has been decided, staff deadlines should be discussed and set in order to meet the printing plant’s deadlines. You will usually have four to five major deadlines, but most experienced staffs know that it makes sense to break those deadlines into smaller mini-deadlines.
